Private Data We Receive and Collect

1 – Introduction

ADVN Global Technology Co.Ltd respects the privacy and confidentiality of the personal data of our customers, partners, and others we interact with during service provision. By submitting your information to us or registering for any product or service offered or distributed by us, you agree and authorize AceCom, along with our representatives, third-party service providers, or contractors where appropriate, to collect, use, and disclose personal data as outlined in the terms of this Privacy Notice, including any future amendments. You acknowledge and agree that AceCom may update this Privacy Notice to ensure compliance with legal requirements and future industry trends.

2 – How We Collect Your Personal Data

Personal data refers to any information that can uniquely identify an individual (a) independently, or (b) in combination with other information. Business-related information (e.g., full name, business address, business phone number) is not considered personal data and is used strictly for business-to-business (B2B) transactions.

We collect your personal data in the following ways:

  • When you enter into an agreement or contract with us to provide consultancy services, materials, or other information related to your interactions and transactions with us or when you use our services.
  • Through interactions with our customer service representatives, sales staff, or designated service providers (e.g., via phone calls, correspondence, in-person meetings, social media platforms, surveys, seminars, or emails).
  • When exploring our unique collection of products and services.
  • By responding to online direct mail (EDMs) we send as part of marketing or promotional campaigns through our official EDM service provider partners.
  • When introduced to us by one of our trusted business partners, enabling you to discover and experience our exceptional services.
  • By requesting us to contact you (e.g., for additional information, complaints, or other purposes).
  • By exploring our e-services or engaging with us via mobile apps, social media accounts, digital platforms, websites, or web services and registering for an account with us.
  • When receiving information about you from third parties during payment transactions (including, but not limited to, physical or digital payment kiosks).
  • Through images recorded via CCTV or photos/videos taken by us, representatives, or agents at our events to capture memorable and unique moments.
  • By submitting your personal data to us for any other reason.
  • Through other public sources when necessary and appropriate.

Note: If you provide us with personal data about a third party, you warrant that you have obtained their consent to disclose their data to us for relevant purposes.

3 – Types of Personal Data We Collect

The types of personal data we collect about you may include:

  • Contact Information: Name, phone number, email address.
  • Personal Information: Name, company name, date of birth, driver’s license number, vehicle license plate, profile picture, photos/videos.
  • E-commerce Transactions: Name, credit card number, billing address, shipping address, and phone number.

In addition to information collected directly from you, we may receive information about you from third parties, business partners, affiliates, or public sources.

Opt-Out: You have the right to opt out of receiving marketing communications by unsubscribing from mailing lists or contacting our Data Protection Officer. Email communications include an unsubscribe option, and requests will be processed within 30 days.

We do not disclose personal data to third parties unless required by law, with your consent, or when necessary for business operations involving third-party intermediaries or subcontractors bound by confidentiality agreements.

We ensure compliance with Decree No. 13/2023/ND-CP for cross-border data transfers, maintaining equivalent protection standards.
