AFFILIATE POLICY

Level: Silver - With Revenue from: 0 - 49,999,999 VND/quarter
 

• Enjoy 20% for new customers.
   
• Receive 10% for up to 3 years for each renewal order.

Level: Gold - With Revenue from: 49,000,000 VND - 99,999,999 VND/quarter

• Enjoy 25% for new customers.
   
• Receive 12.5% for up to 3 years for each renewal order.

Level: Diamond - With Revenue from: 100,000,000 VND/quarter

• Enjoy 30% for new customers.
   
• Receive 15% for up to 3 years for each renewal order.

❖ Commission policy terms:

➢ The Affiliate level (Silver, Gold, Diamond) you currently receive corresponds to the new customer revenue of the previous quarter. (The quarter is calculated according to a 12-month calendar, levels are reviewed at the beginning of each quarter 1, 2, 3, 4).

➢ Policy applies from January 1, 2025.

❖ Payment plan:

★ Payment schedule: Commissions from the Affiliate program will be accounted on a monthly basis and paid from the 10th to the 15th of the following month (delays may occur due to the banking system or if it coincides with public holidays).

★ Commission payment terms: Track-Map pays commissions when the Affiliate Publisher meets the following 2 conditions:

01. The minimum commission balance of the month is 500,000 VND

02. At least 2 new paying customers have been referred

In case the commission balance is less than 500,000 VND, we will roll over this amount to the next commission payment period once the above payment terms are met.

03. Receive monthly commission payments
