Users must be 18 years of age or older (or have guardian consent) to register an account. Each account comes with a secure email and password; users are responsible for maintaining their login information.
TrackAsia supports credit cards, bank transfers, e-wallets… All transactions are SSL/TLS encrypted and e-receipts will be sent automatically after successful payment.
TrackAsia’s content, resources, and services may be used for both personal and commercial purposes, provided that such use complies with Vietnamese law and the applicable terms for each service. TrackAsia must not be used to carry out unlawful activities or to gain unauthorized access to or interfere with its systems.
All content, logos, software and trademarks on TrackAsia are owned by us or our authorized party and are protected under the Vietnamese Intellectual Property Law. Any unauthorized copying, editing or distribution will be prosecuted according to the law.
TrackAsia is not responsible for indirect damages, loss of benefits or disruption beyond its control. The user agrees to indemnify any claims or damages arising from the violation of the terms.
TrackAsia reserves the right to update and modify at any time. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting on the website. Please check periodically; continued use means you have read and accepted the new terms.
